How does the 30-day free trial work?
Start with full Pro-tier access for 30 days. No credit card required. When your trial ends, choose Personal ($9/mo) or Pro ($19/mo) to keep going. We never charge you unless you choose a plan — there's no card on file to charge.
Can I downgrade from Pro to Personal during my trial?
Absolutely. You can switch to Personal at any time during or after your trial.
Is there a limit on AI or storage?
No query counts and no add-on charges. AI is part of everything Zibri does on both plans, and storage is generous enough that you shouldn't have to think about it. Both are for normal use by the person on the account; see Fair use. If an account's usage looks automated or abusive, we'll get in touch before anything changes.
How much do I save with annual billing?
16% — equivalent to two months free. Personal is $90/year ($7.50/mo) and Pro is $192/year ($16/mo).
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice for businesses.
